High-loft materials are used to wad quilts & other beddings, and to upholster mattresses. Products have fixed structure, and therefore maintain and recover form for substentially longer periods in comparison to needle-punched wadding fleeces.
Beddings from high-loft materials are warmer, and provide a dry sleeping environment. There is no fiber filling (fiber penetration through covering fabric) during the product usage time.
Please notice, that there are different levels of demand (fire safety class, machine wash & drying, etc.) to private and public use (in hotels, hospitals, in transport vehicles etc.) bedding items for.
Our high-loft materials are in a range of 40 - 3000-g/sq. m, in a maximum 2.5 m width. Pressed poly-packing available.
